Works great

I owned this coffee maker for 9 years. I just had to replace it! Wonderful product and I hope this one lasts as long as the first one! Makes good coffee, any size that you choose!

coffee is not HOT

This as purchased to replace what I thought was an identical coffee maker we had - this one does not “preheat” so when brewed it is WARM at best - ha ent used much but past the return date - not very happy!

Not happy. Doesn't brew intermittently

I've had other coffee pots that lasted longer than this one. Not even 2 years old and it has been temperamental. Decides when it wants to work on its own now and it's out of warranty. Not sure I'll ever buy another Ninja Coffee Pot

Horrible smell coming from plastic parts

I purchased this for Christmas and there is a very strong odor coming from all plastic parts of this coffeemaker. It's a shame, I really like the style of this, but I cannot use it due to the horrible smell. I took it out of the box and noticed it immediately. I washed it a few times with warm, soapy water and it still stinks. It's not a plastic smell, something else, can't place it. I will be returning it to where it was purchased. I am afraid to try another Ninja coffee product, don't want the same issue and the hassle of another return.
