packaging horrible

I sent this as a gift and it arrived not in a jewelry case but a plastic bag... it might be an ok necklace but the elegance was marred by the package ... yuk it didnt make nice impression for the recipient..

It’s very nice and lightweight. The color is lighter than the picture but shiny. It’s very beautiful

Poor Quality

I purchased this necklace in March and finally had a reason to wear it. Although it looks nice, it is cheaply made. The clasp is difficult to use and after one wear, it broke in the middle

Dissatisfied

I purchased several pieces from Macy's to jump start my jewelry collection. this is beautiful upon arrival and after a couple wears but began to unravel after a few wears and the clasp broke in less than 90 days of occasional wear. the return policy is predatory especially considering I purchased these for special occasions and didn't wear it until after 30 days was over.
