Macys was awful

The watch is fantastic love everything about it. The in store experience not so much. I had to go to two different stores to buy it. The first Macys had it but the band / bracelet was broken and they also said they couldn’t size it even if it weren’t broken. I asked if another store had it and could they size it. The associate scanned it and found it at South Coast Plaza. I asked her to cal the store to verify it was there. She call asked if it was there and asked if they could size it. The answer was yes to both questions. I drove to SCP Macys and it was there. I asked if they could size it. They said yes, the reality was, they couldn’t. Now I had been in the store for about an hour. They had also started the process of removing a link in the bracelet/band. They came to me to tell me I had to go to a jewelry store in the mall have it sized pay for it. Then I was to bring back the receipt and get reimbursed for the cost of the sizing. Well when I got back to Macys with the receipt, no

My all time favorite watch. Can’t go wrong with this one. Live the weekday/date with the Cyclopes. The only thing that would make this better would be an exhibition back to show some of the movement like the presage series has.
