Good suction but couldnt do rugs

This vacuum would not vacuum our rugs like our 10 yr old Shark did and another vacuum. We got a red light every time. We had to return it

NOTHING LIKE A SHARK!!

THIS IS MY SECOND SHARK, MY FIRST ONE WAS LIKE 8 OLUS YEARS OLD DID A GOOD JOB, AND IT WAS TIME TO GET A NEW ONE.. THIS VACUUM DOES A FAB JOB. YOU CAN FEEL THE SUCTION WHEN DOING MY CARPETING DOES A GREAT JOB .. GREAT VACUMN, ESPECIALLY WHEN U HAVE 2 DOGS GREAT VACUMN FOR THE MONEY.. THE BEST!!

Works well on pet hair

I have two German Shepherds. It picks up the hair very well. I didn’t realize I needed the extender because if you don’t also buy the extender, it doesn’t really work very well once you detach the hose part. It top over very easily.

Great suction

I bought this earlier this month and it definitely has suction. I had the old model which I loved because it detached to go under furniture, this one doesn't. Wish I would have noticed that before I used it or bought it 😕

Gets Every Bit of Dirt on All Flooring Types

I purchased my second Shark vacuum after trying a couple different brands and never feeling like I was able to get the same level of clean as my previous one. Switching back to Shark was the right choice! This vacuum easily maneuvers to get every corner and leaves nothing behind, with the perfect cord length that has great reach but is easily stowed when not needed! It's fairly light and glides easily across all floors. The dirt/dust compartment is also super easy to remove and dump.

Not satisfied, its heavy to lift up&manipulate

I love SHARK brand, but I really don't like this vacuum from following reasons. It is super heavy to manipulate with it for me! I cannot get the hose under beds/furniture due to bulky big dust-bin. The cord is extremely annoying as it is always get under the rotating brush; there is missing some clever hook for securing the cord. Advantages are: it is very strong powerful sucction power and big dust-bin, low noise. That's it. I will never buy this model again. NEVER. I used to love the model with the upper dust-bin - super light, easy to get under furniture and beds...strong.
