poor condition/ price discrepancy

I received the watch with a dead battery- the price on line that I paid was $350- it came with the ticketed price of $275. It said on line that it came direct from vendor- it was obvious it was shipped from a store in Texas from store stock. I will be returning the watch due to it's condition and the price discrepancy. Disappointing experience.
