Got the wrong item
Received the wrong item twice. I wanted the woman’s watch and Macys sent me the men’s watch. Customer reps were horrible to deal with. So.disappointed.
Terrible Nightmare
I received the men’s watch instead of the woman’s watch. Twice!!! I am still living the nightmare. Macys has only picked up one of the watches. It has been one lie after another with Macys customer reps. I can’t leave my mom at home alone. She just had surgery so I can’t go to ups to return the watch. I hope someone from ups comes today for the other watch. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift but Macys turned it into a nightmare. No gift for my mom and I’m still stuck with a man’s watch
Failed Gift
Item received was wrong. After an initial call to Macy’s customer service, a second WRONG item was sent. Another call to Macy’s customer service was made, but I am still waiting for 3rd shipment. At this point, I don’t even want the product anymore. It was ordered for a time-sensitive gift giving occasion. My gift giving occasion has passed and I no longer need the product. Complete fail. I could have ordered from an other website, but I trusted Macy’s to deliver. That clearly was a mistake.
