Beautiful ring but bad presentation

Im happy with my purchase however I wasn't happy with the presentation. You would have thought the ring was costume jewelry, the way it was packaged and shipped. The ring was delivered in a zip lock type plastic bag. I had to order a ring box from a separate company for presentation purposes.
