too small, could barely fit my laptop and not much else. i appreciate the padding for protection but the actual amount of things this can hold is very small, and makes it difficult to try to get things in and out

Great size and keeps devices safe.

Excellent value in a solid daily backpack
I’ve had this for about 3 weeks now, and I’m happy with it. The price was excellent, it’s very comfortable to carry, and it seems well-made and likely to be durable. The laptop and tablet slots in the back are great for protecting them and for keeping their weight closer to the body rather than pulling the pack away from the body. It has several useful pockets and compartments. I use it for work and ordinary travel, not hiking or as a replacement for larger luggage. My only very minor criticisms are that the main compartment is a bit small and the left strap initially twists as I’m putting it on.

Too small.
It was a lot smaller in person. By the time you place a large hoodie inside there won't be much room for anything else.
