The best ever

This is the BEST straightener I have ever used in my entire life. I got this two years ago and I use it every week. I have very very curly and frizzy hair (and a lot of it) and this tackles it like a beast. I honestly couldn’t be happier with this product. Everytime I use a different straightener I always miss my t3. It comes on vacation with me, to hotels with me, it even has its own spot on my vanity. I love it. Definitely highly recommend this straightener. 10/10 overall no complaints at all will definitely be repurchasing if mine ever goes night night lol

Quality Changed

Something Changed with the plates. Now it snags the hair when straightening. Go back to the old plates. The new ones are horrible.

Would recommend

I honestly have nothing bad to say. It’s super cute and my hair doesn’t feel fried after using it like with some hair straighteners. The set up was super easy just tell the straightener your hair length, if you’ve had any color and I believe your hair type, and it programs the heat for you and it stays on those settings which is very nice.

Best Straightener Ever!

I love this straightener! I had been considering it as my new straightener for a while, and I liked that it could be programmed to my specific hair type, although I was a little skeptical. Shipping took a bit longer, but that was probably because I got a popular color during their super spring sale. It was worth the wait. It was easy to program, with clear and helpful instructions. To really test it, I straightened my hair after washing it. I have naturally curly, coarse-textured, medium-length, and color-treated hair. This did an amazing job! With my old straightener, it would take 3-4 hours to straighten, and the top layers were rarely that silky smooth. I finished in 2 hours with this one, and my hair stayed smooth the whole time, only needing a quick touch-up once I finished. It even held up on a particularly humid and hot Texas evening. I also used the retouch option, which worked great too! I got many compliments on how smooth my hair looked. Very happy with this product.

Waste of Money

Learning how to turn this on is so difficult. There is no actual button. I can see why this is final sale. It was a complete waste of money.

It’s a good tool but I have a little trouble with the Haptic Touch buttons. It takes some getting used to.

Technology isn’t always so great

When you can get this flat iron to work it’s great! However, the settings are SO complicated to update/adjust. Basic things like turning the straightener off and on are confusing. I end up having to unplug it to turn it off. Do not throw away the instruction manual or else you’ll be lost every time you go to use this. I get so frustrated every time I use this flat iron that I end up using an old one I have. I totally regret buying this.
