Sinking
The mattress, which I've only had less than 6 months, has a depression that has not recovered. It is right where my hips are. I am normal weight, (185 lbs), and there's no reason this should happen. I paid a lot of money for this mattress, and I'm going to seek a refund.

Not as firm as expected
We tried this mattress out in the store, loved the feel. When we got it delivered, my wife and I both said this ain’t as firm as the one in the store was. A little disappointing but decent mattress overall

Uncomfortable Mattres
This mattress was very comfortable for the 1st few months, afterwards is wasn't comfortable at all. Offcourse by then the time frame for return had passed already so we got stuck with it. Its currently 9 months since we bought this and the mattress don't even foam back up to its original state anymore, always remain sunken on both sides where we sleep. I don't normally do reviews for anything, even if I have an issue here and there with items and especially Macy's products but this time it was different and I totally regret this purchase.
