I really like this!!

I do not understand the negative reviews. The cross is a nice size and would be perfect on a teenager or adult woman. The chain is thin, but I have seen thinner chains. The price is good for 10k gold since the quality of the cross is good. Would I like the chain a little thicker? Yes, but then it would cost a lot more. I am happy with this purchase.

Where's the Quality Control in Jewelry these days?

The cross looks nice from the front, but is not fully filled in the back. The necklace is extremely tiny. My wife has very small fingers and can't get the tiny circle clasp to attach when trying to put it around her neck. It's way to small! I had to take a larger clasp off of another necklace she has to allow her to get it work. Really? Where's the quality control in jewelry these days? If you can't get the thing on...it's pretty much useless to the public.

Local Macy's Store

I loved being able to go to a local store to actually see the Necklace and to receive personal help from sales rep. Janee was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful and has such a pleasant presence!!! She was extremely helpful!
