Nice watch but clasp is difficult to open! Almost looks as though a link was taken out; needs to be made differently.

Disappointed

I received my watch and it doesn’t work! Either Macy’s sells watches with dead batteries, or this thing just plain doesn’t work. I know from working in a watch store, you’re not supposed to have the crown pushed in when it’s in inventory, kills the battery. Now I have a watch I can’t use. And I am not going to pay for a battery to be put in. Thinking of returning. Too bad, I like the watch.
