Defective heating element

Under the skillet there is a circular heating element. Mine for some reason is over heating easily causing a semicircle of burnt food every time I use it. If I turn the temperature down, same thing. If I would have known I would not have purchased this.

In love

I absolutely love this electric skillet. I can remember my dad making Sunday breakfast with one of these…his wasn’t pink though! I made lemon pepper chicken tonight, yum! Eggs, pork chops, whatever you want to make. You don’t have to clean a greasy stove, just wipe this clean with a paper towel then a soapy dish rag. I store it on top of my fridge so everyone can admire it. Highly recommend

Wonderful cookware

I love how it cooks and the handles are so convenient. All I will add is the size was a bit larger than expected. Guess I didn’t do the conversion correctly and got a 12 inch pan instead of 10. I would be interested in purchasing a 20 as well but I didn’t see a smaller pan with straight sides. Love the color!
