No instructions on watch care or settings. Must be set by a professional!

Once it was set its been set it has been great

I love this watch. It is my second EcoMaster, the other one is a Calibre 2100, and both have been great. The only knocks I have about this watch are setting the watch, and Macy's charges for sizing. Setting the watch should be more intuitive. The on line manual is not very helpful. There are some videos on YouTube that are a little better. As I was following the instructions, it would tell me to do one thing to set like the date, but I never got to where I needed it to be to set it. I have also not been able to find a manual to use the functions. I was finally able to set it, and I now love it. I would still like to know how to use all the functions.

Not helmet as picture

Did not come with the helmet and box was broken. Will return it.

Amazing timepiece

Loving this one; this is the third blue angels model that I have, missing one more. Note, this didn’t come with the helmet box though - just a pelican style box in yellow and blue color scheme.

Broken

The product was sent with the broken box and the dirty used watch. It was a gift for my husband that was his dream to have this watch. But I'm sad to see the queb box

NOT the same as Macys site with finger prints

I received an used watch with finger prints everywhere. The watch is similar with the pictures on Macy's site. However, I did not receive the helmet, and that was my criteria to buy this watch. I receive the diving tank. Really disappointed with this company and Macy's.

Very nice

Bought as a gift for my husband who only buys Citizen watches. Very nice coloring and he is thrilled with it. Nice addition to his collection.

Great watch for an engineer or pilot!

Beautiful watch that is very substantive! I love the presentation, weight of the watch and the little details that citizen did! For example, the box is a beautiful helmet that is an exact replica of the Blue Angels helmet with the color, shield that closes and opens to reveal the watch! The downside to this watch is that it is complicated. Very difficult to set the time. I watched several videos on YouTube and downloaded 150 page instructions. Brought it back to the retailer (Macy’s) that I bought it from and they couldn’t program it. Alas, I found an individual who happened to be very familiar with this watch and helped me to program it.
