So far everything is going good. I am surprised that there is a lag when scrolling through email. With 16MB Ram I thought that wouldn't happen. It's really too soon to tell.

This laptop likes to randomly shut down or restart. In fact it restarted twice while writing this review on my phone. All the software and firmware has been updated. I've only added 4 apps: Surfshark, Keeper, WinRAR, and VLC media player. Never had any issues with those on my Windows 10 computer. Avoid this laptop. Find something else that doesn't suck.

Typically, this laptop will do a random reboots or black if updates are being installed and being applied in the System Registry. Once update installation are completed, these random black screen or reboot will go away and system speed or performance will be optimized. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. Very impressive laptop
Bought this to replace a 10 year old HP i7 laptop and I'm very happy. The screen is fantastic and the performance is amazing. In addition, the keyboard and especially touchpad work great. The only real complaint I have is the keyboard layout, which is the best they can do with a 16" laptop. If this was a 17.3" with a standard layout (full numpad and dedicated Home End, Insert, Delete, Page Up, Page Down keys), this would easily be a 5 star laptop.
