Horrible service!

I was not able to pick up since the lady was not able to look up with my Macy's card in her computer. I went to the store on June 4th to pick up but forgot order# and the lady said I cant look it up your order number with your Macys card. I do not have earrings because you failed to help me. What happened to Customer Service? Oh wait there's no more customer service. Blah

Ordered twice! Still nothing.

I ordered a pair of earrings for my wife online from Macy's on 12/24/24. After about ten days and not receiving them, i canceled the order and ordered again. Here it is about 8 days after ordering a SECOND time and still have yet to receive them. I'm not sure who's at fault, but it's not helping me regardless.
