Currently Seiko’s best pure dive watch for the $

Seiko has many ISO 6425 rated Prospex dive watches, but the SRPL13 is the closets to perfection in the Seiko lineup. On sale these represent a great value for a traditional ISO rated dive watch.

I really recommend this watch is not thick as it seems in the picture is actually pretty thin and feels robust keeps perfect time mine is not loosing a second day and bezel and everything feels pretty solid

Macy’s could not find my watch!

Got a message that my watch is ready for pick up. Drove there and waited for half an hour but Macys Tukwila could not find my purchase. Waste of time.

Beautifully made and keeps time well

This watch replaces a Seiko kinetic diver’s watch purchased in 2000 and worn daily. Seiko has apparently dropped their kinetic line, so when the old watch’s capacitor wore out for the second time, it was time to replace rather than repair it. This new Seiko is very well built and nicely finished - it seems better constructed and finished than the old one, so I am hoping for long useful service. And, though it is still early days, the new Seiko keeps time as well as the old kinetic (quartz) watch. It seems well worth the cost (this one is cheaper than the 2000 Seiko, considering inflation), and I am very pleased with the purchase.
