Clasp too small to work

The pendant was quite nice, but the clasp was so tiny that neither my wife nor I were able to open it. We returned it to the store because of this. Even the very friendly and helpful saleslady at the counter had problems with it. The clasp was just too tiny.

Not as pink as picture

Setting was beautiful but the stone itself very light pink in color. Not as dark as photos.
