The dryer is light, which is nice, but the cord is heavy. The connecting parts fall off while using very easily. Emailed company and I haven’t heard back just yet, it was three days ago. Can’t return it because it’s been too long since we purchased it.

Great hairdryer and easier to use than you think!

I bought the Dyson hairdryer and returned it after being less than thrilled with its performance for the price and overwhelmed by the instructions. When I got this one, I thought it was going to be complicated but once you read the instructions, it’s super easy and I love the functionality and results. I would recommend it.
