Won't announce incomeing calls
Love the fit in my ear, I bought these to replace my Apple ear pods, which were constantly falling out & battery life was pitiful. However, I can't get yours to announce calls & texts when I receive a call or text on my Iphone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Patrice, thanks for sharing your feedback on the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds. We’re glad to hear you love the fit, the trio of eartip and stability band sizes ensures they feel comfortable, snug, and secure. The earbuds do not natively announce incoming calls or text messages, they only provide standard voice prompts such as battery status and connection updates. Please feel free to send us a direct message at https://bose.life/48EXztC if you need further assistance. We're here to help! Klariss - Customer Support
Returned item
I like the look of these earbuds, the sound quality is great. Unfortunately I did decide to return them because they kept falling out my ear.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you liked the look and sound quality of the earbuds, and we’re sorry to learn that they didn’t fit securely and kept falling out of your ears. The QuietComfort Earbuds come with an additional Fit Kit (Small, Medium, and Large eartips, along with stability bands for each earbud). Proper fit is very important, so if they keep falling out, you may want to try changing the eartips and stability bands for a better fit. If you need guidance on how to change them, here’s a helpful link you can use: https://bose.life/4sYGvbX Jelyn - Customer Support
A+ noise cancelling!
I’ve had two different pairs of these earbuds and I absolutely love them. I am autistic and the active noise cancelling helps me SO much, and I love that I can easily switch between modes so I can wear them in public and still hear what I need to. My only issue is that I have very small ears and even with the smallest band and tip, they start to hurt after about 45 minutes. Still rating them a 5 because of the audio quality and excellent noise cancelling!

Nice earbuds but should have struck with iPods.
The right takes 4-5 longer than the left. Very disappointing. Thought Bose was better than that. When both work the sound is great BUT won’t buy them again. I’d send them back but it will take the rest of my life rot get a replacement. Oh well. I doubt the company will publish my review. Like all big companies they are in business to make money.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds have a battery life of up to 9 hours on the earbuds themselves, while the charging case can fully recharge the earbuds 2.5 times, giving you up to 31.5 hours of total use time. A quick 20‑minute charge provides up to 3 hours of playback. The earbuds take about 1.5 hours to fully charge, and the charging case takes up to 2 hours, though this can vary when the earbuds are inside the case. We're truly sorry to hear about the charging issues you’ve encountered with your earbuds. Ensuring the earbuds are placed securely in the charging case can help them charge properly. Connection issues
I've had Bose earbuds for several yrs and very happy but needed replacement. This new Bose earbuds were good if I could connect. Trying to connect to my phone was very very frustrating and couldn't tolerate the technical issues and finally had to return. Very disappointed with Bose!!

Thanks for sharing your experience. The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are designed to connect via Bluetooth, which means they don’t sync directly with most in‑flight entertainment systems. A common workaround is using a Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the airplane’s audio jack. To use your earbuds wirelessly, you must use a Bluetooth transmitter, such as the AirFly, which plugs into the 3.5mm headphone jack in your seat. Gem - Customer Support
Great look and feel
I’ve had these for 2 weeks about. They look good and are comfortable but the cut out and tell you that you have 80% battery left. I would rather they didn’t tell me that until I have around 40% left it gets annoying. So I’m not sure if I’m going to keep them.
