Nice but takes a while to build

HITS and MISSES on this particular item. HITS: * Nice looking once you put it together. * Pretty much a one-person job. * Like the fact of having an outlet on the item itself. MISSES: *Instruction booklet definitely could have been better. * Noticed several missteps throughout the directions that caused some re-work. Not happy about that! * Had a damaged piece that arrived with the item itself & working with manufacture to resolve. * Had to use a drill since many pieces were just a hole tap not drilled.
