Do not buy! Your hair will thank you!
Where do I start! Other than if you want to save your hair, ears, patience & wallet…DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Since using it, my hair has deteriorated, especially the ends that are now dry and brittle. The lowest heat setting is so hot, that you can’t even touch your hair after one pass! The unit is deafeningly loud, and very heavy to use. After a couple of months, the heat randomly started increasing to highest setting while in mid use - over and over. This was despite cleaning the filter often & as directed. Trust me, you do Not want the highest heat setting, unless you love scorched hair. Newest defect was today, when the flat iron tool was stuck in the wand. I basically had to break it to remove it. It’s in the garbage now. Buy the Dyson!!

Cute, powerful, but needs work
I recently bought this because I wanted to store fewer tools. So I like that it's a multi tool. It looks cute and the motor is quite powerful. But overall the use is a bit clunky. It's heavy, hard to hold for a full dry. The triangle shaped round brush with hot comb is an interesting concept, but it snags my hair when trying to pull the brush off. The air also blows the hair away from the brush making it hard to attach correctly. The metal ring around the attachment area also catches hair. I am going to try the normal round brush attachment instead. The air curlers are unique, I like that it's hot air and not metal. But it's hit or miss if it grabs my hair and given my long hair, the barrel could be longer. I have to section into very small sections to get this to work. The scalp cool button is in an odd spot and not natural for hand placement. Same for the filter, it's designed to sit where your hand sits. Awkward Concentrator works great. I like that the dryer can be used wet or dry. But needs more work to be great

Please don’t waste money , unless ur rich
Do not buy this😭😭 This is a waste of of money , you can’t tighten shi with a mask. Only way to tighten / anything relating to this product, is diet, lifestyle and health and the biggest factor genetics and bone structure

Unbelievable! Love the auto curlers
I am so impressed with the auto curler! It’s super easy to use a reasonably quick! It last throughout the day and is not damaging my hair. My first time using I was causing it to turn itself off because I was holding the air holes on the lower handle - so learn from my mistake ;)

Poor quality
I bought this a couple of months ago... I was very happy with it. But unfortunately, it's starting to fail. When I'm using it, it shuts off out of nowhere, just if the cable rotates, it shuts off and stops working for a couple of seconds, then comes back on and works. I think it's too expensive for poor workmanship.

Versatile but missing the mark in some areas
I usually travel with multiple hair tools and was hoping this would be the perfect all-in-one solution. While the blow dryer works well and the brush gives a nice, voluminous blowout with minimal frizz, the curler takes some getting used to, and I don’t love the straightener — I would’ve skipped it and saved the money. The size is no joke — it’s much bulkier than expected, even the part you plug into the wall is unnecessarily huge. Also, for the price, it’s disappointing that it doesn’t come with a storage or travel case.

GAME CHANGER
I’m OBSESSED with this! It’s fully replaced my hair dryer and i rarely pick up my other styling tools anymore! Super easy to use and very efficient in packaging! I do wish it came with a carrying case but that’s besides the point - LOVE THIS

Good with the right attachments
Overall I am happy with the flex fusion. The brush attachment is okay, but would be better if it was completely round. The brush attachment has ceramic plates on it that heat up in dry mode, which hair can get stuck in. I purchased with the brush attachment, straightener, curling and smoothing attachments. The straightener attachment is really long and a little difficult to use due to its size. The whole thing is almost 14” long when the straightener attachment is on. I purchased the smoothing tool as an add on and I wouldn’t like the flex fusion without it. Using the curling attachments makes the top of my hair look frizzy, even after completely drying my hair with the brush attachment. I have to go in after with the smoothing tool to get rid of the fly aways caused by the curling attachments. I have to use 3 attachments to do my hair, which isn’t really convenient or quick. I do like the tool but the smoothing attachment is absolutely necessary. I do wish I hadn’t got the straightener because it is bulky and I barely use it. I thought it would be more similar to the dyson air straight, but it uses ceramic plates. I would recommend skipping the straightener attachment and just using a regular hair straightener if you need to get a couple pieces.
