Wrong size

I did like this product, however I ordered a 7 and they sent me a 6. They couldn't exchange it for the size I ordered because it is no longer available. Getting the wrong size or damaged good when ordering online is a common occurrence with Macy's.

Gorgeous ring. Sizing is off. Size 7 is more like 6.
