Beautiful memory gold necklace with 5 hearts

I was given by my family a neckless with 7 flat gold hearts, love this neckless & wear it all the time. Unfortunately, my daughter had her 5th child & with sadness, lost this baby before it was born. I would like to buy a neckless with 5 polish gold hearts to hold on the memory of her baby.
