Quality

When I received the product I felt that it was given discount because the glass was broken. I bought it as a gift for someone but all my time got wasted in ordering and returning back the product.

Beautiful Watch, But Band Not Self-Adjustable

It's a beautiful watch and an excellent value, so I gave it 5 stars. However, I've had the watch several weeks now but have not yet been able to wear it because it doesn't fit my very small wrist. I was led to believe I would be able to adjust the band myself, but that isn't the case. The instructions in the box tell me I can send the watch back to the manufacturer and they will remove the number of links I tell them I need to have removed at no charge. I'm reluctant to do that because I'm not really sure how many I would need removed. There is one link that can be removed very easily and I did that, but after that, you need the right tools to remove any more links. Right now, I need to find a jeweler who will adjust the band for a price less than I paid for the watch!

Nice extra dress watch for the price.

Very nice watch for the price, but a very difficult clasp. With a little more practice I will get it work more easily. Fits easily a 7 inch wrist. Claimed they would adjust the band width but there was on option anywhere in the process. Can take links out on your own, but not add them unless you knew this up front. That is the one mark against this sale. Even though it did fit me. It may not work for anyone who needs larger than a 7 inch wrist band.

Disappointed and Returned Within 30 Minutes

This watch was a huge disappointment. It looked nothing like the photo advertised and felt cheap and poorly made. I returned it within 30 minutes of delivery, and even the person processing my return agreed it wasn’t worth the money. Definitely not what I expected, and I would not recommend this product.
