Bad product

Worked for 6 weeks. Now can’t keep it working. Replaced the battery, still won’t work constantly. Macy’s won’t replace as it is 2 weeks out of return time frame. Horrible customer service. Won’t buy from Macy’s as they don’t care to sell quality products or replace faulty products.
