Disappointed

This purse is beautiful. I’ve seen this purse in other stores and it’s expensive. I was excited to buy it on sale. When I received my purse it was the wrong one. Had to return it and my purse was no longer in stock.

Poor Quality Control

Extremely disappointing - the gold loop that holds the handle was completely missing so there was no way to use the bag - very poor quality control. Macy’s should be doing a better job with inspecting the item being sent, as well as Patricia Nash for sending a defective bag to Macy’s to begin with, Returned the item immediately.

Nice looking but impractical

Difficult to open and close. Bag doesn't open fully so fard to get things in and out.

I was expecting something the size of the Laureanas. I want a colorblock laureana but they don’t have one.

Perfect!

It’s the perfect size and pairs well with everything. I’ve received so many compliments on it. It’s incredibly convenient to use, with no fussy zippers or drawstrings. I absolutely adore these designs and am a huge PN fan because of the Frame Shop!
