Broke upon arrival

This was a Christmas present for my wife. When she opened , it was not connected to the the fastener. So disappointed and don't know who can fix. No paperwork was in the package.

Not at all what I expected. Purchased one strand in-store and they were perfectly round. I ordered two more as gifts, and when I received them, I was extremely disappointed because the pearls were oblong in shape.

I thought these were nice.

I returned them because i was deciding between this and another, slightly larger pearl, necklace I bought. But these are perfectly nice. The strand itself is a little shorter than I thought it would be.

Not exactly what I expected.

I have purchased Belle de Mer pearls in the past and this purchase was way below the standard I expected. In a cheap box with no instructions for care. In the past they have been in a nice box for storage and included the warranty along with detailed instructions for care.
