The necklace is beautiful, however, it came in a cellophane bag as opposed to a box with it mounted. Did not care for that at all. Disappointed about it.

Broke upon arrival

This was a Christmas present for my wife. When she opened , it was not connected to the the fastener. So disappointed and don't know who can fix. No paperwork was in the package.
