Awful Packaging and Presentation

This was supposed to be a bday gift. The box has some tearing, pillow holding the watch looks that was thrown under a boss or run over by a car. It is very disappointing and dissatisfying to receive a quality watch in a packaging like that. It is a shame that photos can not be attached because those talk louder than words. Very disappointed.

MAD!!!!!

I paid for a gift bag and a greeting card, but neither were shipped. I am very upset . This was a graduation gift for my nephew--no gift bag or card with congratulations message. I am VERY UNHAPPY! THIS WAS MONEY WASTED! I would have given zero stars if it would have let me!

Not worth the money, better buying a Swiss

This is a disappointment. I read the reviews and thought hard of purchasing this item and I would’ve thought citizen was a reliable brand, but I was wrong. I made sure the watch was exposed to enough light and gave it enough time to prove its worth. The second hand will rotate two times and stop. I researched online to see what was wrong and still made sure it was getting enough exposure to light, but this issue still continues to occur. When you spend your hard earn money on something you expect it to work. I could’ve saved my money and added a hundred or two to get a Swiss watch, which would’ve worked as expected. I took a chance of purchasing a watch from Macys, but never again. I feel like I was ripped off.
