Wrong item received

I ordered a different brand of earrings and what I received is completely different I received a Macy & Co brand of jewelry and the price was different too. This is the second time this has happened im very upset.

Promised and not delivered!

I never received the earrings. They were delayed from Dec. 28th to Dec. 24th and it never arrived! No explanation!

Belle de Mer pearl Earrings 14 k Gold

The back piece of the earrings went inside my ears, I had to pull them off my ears. The pieces are way too small and thin for the size of the earrings. I return majority of the earrings I just purchased. I’m so disappointed, because I wanted to keep them all.😩

Pearl stud earrings

Very loose backs I never wore the earrings and didn't realize there was a cut off date on a return. Waste of money. Very disappointed with Macys return policy.
