Sent me open box watch

Disappointed!!! I got an open box watch. Clearly used before. the box is not new, scratches and scraped. The watch itself is missing all the plastic layers that comes with a new watch and the dial is moving out of the box.

Never received

My review still pending because the watch mentioned was never received, I tried to contact UPS to verify the details of delivery because don't have any picture but they said that the claim should be processed by the sender,Macys told me that they will be analyzing to reimbursement, but the problem is that the item was a gift for my daughter and she never received it despite that the purchase was done with enough time
