So thin it wouldn't last a day without breaking

Returned this item. Its basically unusable due to the thickness of the chain. It would break immediately.

Not Happy

The size of this product I received is not a 20 inch necklace. The advertising pictured does not match the length I received. Very disappointed and feel like this was a bait and switch.

14k white gold chain necklace

Lovely chain although a bit thin. I was worried that it would break when I added my pendant. So far so good although I am buying another necklace that is much sturdier. When it arrived it was a bit tangled because it is in a little velvet pouch. Worn alone it should be okay (without pendant).

Dont buy

This is the cheapest piece of jewelry I have ever owned I wore maybe 10 times and broke and I’m very gentle on my jewelry !! Macys don’t seem to care because was outside the refund or replacement period which I ordered Dec 23 of this year and it’s Feb and necklace is totally unwearable and broken save your money!!!!

After 2 wears it broke

The chain came in. I was very excited and it was really pretty very delicate, and I knew that it was delicate. Literally I was taking off a pendant and it just broke some extremely disappointed. I only worn it twice.

Thin, thin, thin

This very thin chain tangles easily on itself. Found it to be a much smaller than expected. As tiny as the chain is, it isn’t a good buy of gold.
