Hi! I bought the earrings on July 3rd, and the current date is July 16th, and they still haven't arrived. I haven't received any response to my emails.

Didn't receive these

I finally contacted customer service and was told my order was stuck in shipping and they couldn't deliver to me but they sure didn't have a problem charging me for the earrings. I am waiting on a refund!!!
