Disappointed

My goodness. What couldn't I say. I was excited to receive. When I returned to fine jewelry they understood. Very yellow in color and very tiny. Never again with jewelery. Customer service at store was awesome.

Tiny tiny baby size

Cute but very tiny baby size. I purchased white gold online, once received I went to Macy's store in person to return or exchange for yellow gold depending if yellow gold stands out more by giving it contrast from the diamond, since they are so tiny the white diamond on white gold does not stand out. The store did not have yellow in stock. The in person store rep refused to process the exchange online. He said I have to do it online since I purchased them online. The store should be able to process an exchange for online orders at the register and have the new item delivered to the customer this way I don't have to worry about mailing them back and possibly getting lost in the mail. Another online item I received damaged, he refused to exchange/return too saying he can't return it bc it is an online order and it is damaged, I received it damaged. I just received these in the same order a few days ago. I am well within the 30 day policy.
