Broken earings

We were disappointed when we received the earings, one was broken. We returned them for replacement. The box they came in was too small, part of the earings were sticking out the edges of the box.

The perfect gift for a friend

No box

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it came in plastic ziplock, after live chat with Macy’s they said nothing can be done and they won’t send me box for it, usually when you buy a cheap jewelry it comes in box.
