Bought this in June. The table is now warping . Tried to contact manufacturer and has not heard back to make right. Do not buy this table.

No umbrella

I purchased this beautiful outdoor set for my patio thinking what a great deal with the included matching umbrella. It shipped pretty quickly and it looks amazing. However, the umbrella that was supposed to be included, never showed up and all information shows everything was delivered.. other than the missing umbrella it is a great set.

Incomplete Order

Ordered this outdoor dining room set and when it arrived yesterday, the order was incomplete. I previously received a note that there would be 5 boxes, but when delivered by FedEx there were only 2. FedEx confirmed that’s the only boxes he had. It was clear that there were missing boxes. The boxes received also read 2/3 boxes and 3/3 boxes. Therefore box #1 is missing, and according to the previous note about 5 boxes… seems a few other boxes are missing. Called Macy’s to complain and the rep reached out to the vendor to see where the other parts and/or boxes are. We never received any other tracking numbers for boxes being shipped separately (if any). Im supposed to get a response within 5 days from the vendor. I’m pretty sure a 15 foot umbrella and base is not in these boxes. Still awaiting a response. And now when going back to the product page, the item is now sold out. Hoping to get this resolved before the summer ends. Not a happy customer.

11 pc patio dining set with umbrella

We absolutely love everything about this set EXCEPT the table top is 3 separate pieces & when put together are not level/flush with each other.

Time Consuming Assembly

I’m not good at assembling things. Allen wrenches were a challenge to use bc you can turn it 360 degrees. My father used a drill with a bit that matched the top of the screws, thank god! We aren’t even fully assembled with everything yet!

Beautiful set at a great price

This table and chair set is nicer than expected for the price. The wood is teak- much better finish than I originally thought. Will need to get some oil to keep it this way. Let’s discuss the umbrella- It’s massive. We had to cut part of a tree to position it in the corner of our deck. 15 ft umbrella for a 7 ft table. If you get full sun, you need this. The lights underneath don’t provide much help at night but that’s ok. Better than nothing. Customer service- I had to contact the manufacturer bc we were missing parts to our umbrella base. They quickly shipped them out, no problem. Great experience, couldn’t be happier.

Bad quality

We were really excited about this outdoor furniture set, but unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. After spending hours assembling everything, we discovered that three of the chairs couldn’t be put together because the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong places. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest so much time and effort only to run into a major manufacturing defect. This shouldn’t happen with a brand-new set. Hoping the company will resolve this quickly, but right now we can’t recommend it.
