Delivered but not received

I ordered this fan to help keep me cool in bed when I get hot flashes at night. It was delivered outside my apartment building instead of at my apartment door and was stolen before I returned home from work. I looked everywhere for around my building and notified the third party involved in the sale whose representative confirmed that it was delivered and left the conversation there. I tried reaching out repeatedly after but got no response. Very disappointed.
