Wafer thin and cheap looking

The one positive is the color of the gold is nice. Second, the biggest negative is how wafer thin and lightweight it is. It looks very cheap. The term "rinky dink" comes to mind. Also, because it's so lightweight, it wouldn't hang nicely and could easily bend. The edges aren't nicely smooth either. Just cut out of a wafer thin gold paper and not thick enough to even polish the edges. Third, it's not so much that the charm is small, because I think most charms are small like this. But the circular ring that the necklace feeds through is very large compared to the smallness of the charm.

Never Received the "D" Pendant

Let's be clear. I returned the item I received as a substitute, not the item I selected. I am very, very disappointed with the way this was handled. The substitute was an item I did not even see on Macy's website and it was someting I would never choose. Im aware of the old saying "you get what you pay for" but this is not the case. These were supposed to be fine jewlery available during a 24 hour "Flash Sale". What a hoax!!! Macy's quality is no longer the same and most items are significantly pverpriced. I am seriously considering closing my account.
