Does anyone know what size this is? I'm sure it's not 3" across, but it would be nice to know if it comes with a necklace at all or picture of back, or even on a model. where is it made? I'm curious why they made sure return instructions there but no description of item....?p.s., I had to put this in review section because there isn't any where to ask questions. tyvm.
