It looks much better on the picture than it is. Very tiny item. Could be better quality for this price.

Does anyone know what size this is? I'm sure it's not 3" across, but it would be nice to know if it comes with a necklace at all or picture of back, or even on a model. where is it made? I'm curious why they made sure return instructions there but no description of item....?p.s., I had to put this in review section because there isn't any where to ask questions. tyvm.
