Not the bale shown

I purchased this charm and the charm was as listed but it didn't have the bale shown in the picture, just a simple small hoop. I called and was sent a second one but it was the same. For the price I expected the charm and the bale to be as shown. I was very disappointed.

14k white gold puffed heart

The bale shown on the website appeared to be the perfect piece for my thin silver chain. However when the piece was received the bale was so thin and small wouldn’t fit on too many chains. Really cheapens the look of the gorgeous shiny puffed heart. Not what was represented nor what I thought I was buying. I returned it immediately. Very sad ☹️

Tiny Heart

I returned it because I could barely see it. It was so small; nothing like the oversize enlarged picture. Also, the opening was so small, it did not fit any of the bracelets that I ordered.

Cute but Different from the picture

Purchased this one online. But somehow looks different than on the picture. I have a feeling it’s a different product than the one in the picture. Not sure why this happened. It’s not bad though. I received a glossy puffy heart

Great buy!

This was bought with a necklace and fit perfect. It is a great piece of jewelry. Price was a little expensive yet well worth buying. This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughters.
