Nice chain but too thin and light for my neck!

It’s a nice chain with some shine but sadly the width of the chain is too thin for my neck. It also felt a little light. So, I returned it.

I’ve had this for about 1 1/2 years and it’s suppose to be adjustable and hold, but it just slides so I left it at the longest it can go. The clasp got loose and bigger and recently my pendent fell off in the shower. Wish there was a better return policy. I’m going to have to buy a new chain now or find somewhere to replace the clasp.
