I purchased a 14kt gold 20-inch necklace and a 14kt gold “P” pendant for my niece for Christmas, and I couldn’t be happier! The quality is beautiful, the shine is perfect, and it feels like such a timeless gift. I honestly hope she loves it as much as I do it’s hard not to!

The chain is sparkling and danty. It is suitable for everyday wear.
Not worth the money.
I am very disappointed with this chain. I had to entangle it. The chain is so paper thin it is slightly larger than thread on a spool This is a total waste of money. Why even make it if it is going to be that thin.

Arrived full of knots.
It arrived loose in a small, black velvet bag with several knots in the chain. It was the weight and length I wanted and very pretty but alas, it was too knotted to be of any value.
Total bust.
Chain was much thinner and flimsier than it looked online. It would be helpful if the gauge was clearly marked. In addition, your in-store returns process was cumbersome and time-consuming, especially as the associate who did it seemed to be completely untrained. I would have exchanged the chain for a thicker one but the same associate seemed both unable and uninterested in showing me other options. Overall, a total bust. I ended up buying the chain I needed from a local jeweler.
