poor reviews remote doesnsync with the treadmill.

It makes me sad to say this product is not what I thought it was. The remote to the treadmill does not pair “sync “ with the treadmill and it won’t work. I was looking forward to my new treadmill, and I now I need to return and shop else where.

Bought it and enjoy -- but know the quirks!

I was excited to receive my treadmill; easy setup. Great value and machine for price and space. Glad to have in home. However, a few snafus folks should be aware. 1st -- DO NOT DISCARD PACKING MATERIAL UNTIL YOU CONFIRM MACHINE WORKS... in case of a return, must return with all original packing materials & take this 70 lb machine yourself to post office, fed ex or ups. 1) remote did not work after installing batteries - no activation of machine. 2) contacted service dept by email -- overseas entity with little direct communication source 3) finally found a phone # in LA - and called 4) rec'd second remote -- still did not work 5) both manual and service recommended download of Gymax app Best option - Gymax app; access with wifi/bluetooth and viola! Not yet figured out how to activate speaker with app QUIRKS: 1) hard sudden jerk when stops -- be careful and brace yourself & hold on 2) lever a bit low for my height - 5"7 -- wish it was higher Otherwise ... great for what I needed.

Never got it to work - very unhappy

I could never get it to work properly and support is very difficult to work with. I am very good with set up for things like this and have spent hours and hours troubleshooting.

STAY AWAY

Everything about this "treadmill" is complicated, super cheap and feels like it's going to break at any moment. Translation on instructions is absolutely horrible, honestly putting together Ikea furniture is easier. It's super noisy out of the box, even after adjusted/oiled etc, also ridiculously heavy and not easy to move around with wheels. I'm not sure how to get rid of this thing but somehow I'll be ditching it and buying another brand. Don't cheap out on your safety!

The bar to rest the hands is to short, even I’m 5’3 I need to bend to reach it. The rest it’s good for the price. I need to exchange it for another one.

Very narrow, no side rails.

Being that it’s only 16” wide & 40” long, I find this treadmill difficult to stay on. I should’ve read the description a bit better so it’s my fault. Also, there are no side rails to hold on to. Let’s just stay, if you’re a bit clumsy like myself, I’d stay away from this one. I have fallen off of it several times.
