Crappy item and not do good customer service

We ordered this for our grandsons playroom. When my husband took out the pieces, two pieces were broken and one piece had a stain. Upon calling Macys they didn’t seem overly concerned about my concerns and just said there’s nothing they could do except I could stand it back.

I love it!!

Assembly was super easy. It’s definitely worth the money. My daughter absolutely loved being able to see all of her toys and pick what she wants. I would recommend!!
