Retracting earlier review

I previously gave Costway's and Macy's customer service a bad review because of an issue I had with this set. It turns out that I was premature in posting that review. Both Macy's and Costway did work with me to resolve the issue, and I commend them both. As for the set, it is on the small side, but this is the case with "conversation sets." But it is very comfortable and attractive.

4 PCS Outdoor Rattan Conversation Set Patio Rattan

The set is cute. Self assembly is not great. We had 2 pieces where parts were not aligned correctly which caused the assembly not to go as easy as it should. Company was helpful in sending the replacement parts but no new hardware to assembly the corrected parts. when you remove the old hardware it strips and does not hold as tight as it should. The problem we are now having is that hardware is not available for over 60 days so now we have a set with 1 complete chair and table pending the hardware for the other 2 chairs.
