Disappointed
Disappointed. I must’ve gotten a defective unit and as a new mom who has the time to mail something back? The chair is extremely difficult to adjust.. I feel like I’m about to break the entire unit when adjusting. The adjustment lock is hard to lock and unlock and makes an extremely loud noise when locking and unlocking. If I got a properly working unit I’d probably have given it 4/5 stars.

Great Baby Shower Gift
I purchased this gift for my church member. It was a request on her baby shower registry. I’m sure she’s going to love it. I’m unable to give a review. She has not opened it for use, yet. I love all of the features mentioned for this product online.

new model sucks
-the buttons on this newer version SUCK. what was wrong with previous buttons? these "buttons" have horrible sensitivy so you have to press them mult times and then theres a delay. -the sounds it plays is LEGIT baby club music...how is that supposed to calm my baby down? -all you had to do was add the 5 point harness..i purposely bought the older version second hand for my baby -sincerely mom, pedi, nicu and picu nurse

Sounds need work
I was hoping for more bedtime sounds to help get to sleep for nap time, however, when try to connect with Bluetooth to play different sounds from playlists, it does not stay connected and times out. Multiple customers have reported this and it’s all over YouTube, just be aware of looking for additional sound noises to assist your little one in sleeping with nap time

We appreciate this thorough review! Please note that the MamaRoo is not approved for any type of sleep. Since it is neither a flat surface (there is always a slight recline) or a firm surface, as recommended by pediatricians, it is not safe for any type of sleep. If your baby falls asleep while in the MamaRoo Swing, we recommend moving them to a firm, flat sleeping surface like a bassinet, playard or crib. Saviour !!
My baby hates our swing, bouncer and rocker … but she loves the mamaroo! The movements are so soothing to her! My body could never keep up with the amount of rocking and movement my baby requires ! I give it a 10/10
