Solution-dyed means that the fibers the fabric is made from are dyed before being woven which results in a more long-lasting, fade- and stain-resistant color. The 2,000-hour color fastness means that this fabric will not fade as quickly as others. The pole and ribs are made from rust-resistant, powder-coated aluminum while the fittings are stainless steel. Solar-operated LED light bars are located along each of the umbrellas 8 ribs. When fully charged, the solar lights will run up to 3-4 hours. To turn on simply use the buttons located on the umbrella pole. There are 3 different sections, choose any section to light up, a combination of 2, or have all on at once.
