Actually product is probably ok but if you'll check your records I've complained several times due to condition of product I purchased for wedding shower. . . embarrassed to give due to sloppy packaging.

Disappointing

Purchased to replace an older set by Pfaltzgraff. Wish I hadn’t. The set bends if you are pushing through hard ice cream. More flimsy and thinned out metal. Quality no longer there. Old set was better. Regret purchase.
