Not as described. Broken.

Received a microwave with the same model number but it has a green LED instead of blue per description, which was a major factor in my decision making as all my new appliances have blue LEDs. A leg was broken off as well. Could be easily glued back on but shouldn’t have to on a microwave that was just taken out of the box. Now I have to go through the trouble of repacking and returning. Can’t comment on how it cooks because I never used it. Absolutely frustrating disappointment on a fairly expensive item. Be better Macy’s.

great microwave

unit is made well , no issues so far, only one small thing , the inside light seems to be a bit dim ,but no a problem.

Can fit almost anything and good power!

I was not expecting how much space you get inside! This was for my mother in law who needed a new microwave. It works great, she now can reheat food in 30 seconds instead of minutes. Her only complaint is the light doesn't come on inside when you open the door. But that's mother in laws for ya.

It does the job

It does the job I bought it to do. Stainless steel attracts finger prints, so what can I say. Doesn’t take up as much space as my old microwave with same cubic ft.

Great Product

Works perfectly and less noisy . Had to return it as it was abit big for my kitchen . Suitable for extended family use.

Excellent Microwave

I am so happy with my microwave. Love it has a handle. Interior is dark gray. Heats food fast. Has a lot of different touch pad features.

Poor quality

Very “cheap”… doesn’t compare to my previous Panasonic microwave that I’ve had for the past 10 years.
