I just received my Forecaster clock via Fedex after waiting for it for a couple of months on backorder. I love the styling of the clock, but had to go back to check the original ad because it is advertised as a 'metal' clock. There is nothing that I can find on the clock that is metal, except perhaps the clock hands. The bronzed frame is pure PLASTIC.
It arrived in a thinner cardboard box, so I am grateful it arrived in one piece with no breakage. Even though I purchased the clock based on the fact that it was supposedly made of 'metal' and not plastic, I will probably keep it because it was still a good price, a known maker, and I like the look.
